SWA commissioned a short film about three of our residential projects, each designed in close collaboration with occupants and with a range of living patterns in mind. The projects showcase SWA’s interest and expertise in intergenerational housing and our thoughtful approach to designing relevant, comfortable and sustainable homes capable of adapting to occupants’ changing needs over time. The three homes featured – one being planned, one on site and one completed – bring together the thinking embedded in Sarah’s research work on DWELL at the University of Sheffield and our expertise on different models of housing delivery and modes of living.
